Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and commitment to supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress toward goals
- Deliver engaging direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Work alongside teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and district requirements
- Attend professional development, supervision, and team meetings as needed
