Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for or possession of a state SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Acceptance into or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY status)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
• Commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students individually and in groups
• Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders in accordance with school guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Engage in ongoing learning and supervision to fulfill CFY requirements
