Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and commitment to supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress toward goals
  • Deliver engaging direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Work alongside teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and district requirements
  • Attend professional development, supervision, and team meetings as needed
