Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active New Mexico NMRLD license (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
  • NMPED certification, or eligibility/pending status at time of hire
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and CCC-SLPs
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each learner’s needs
  • Collaborate with educators and family members to support students’ academic and social success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
  • Adapt therapy approaches based on specific caseload and age preferences
