Qualifications:
- Current NM state (NMRLD) SLP license required
- NMPED license must be active or in pending status by the start date
- CCC or CFY accepted
- Pediatric or school-based SLP experience is beneficial
- Passion for working with school-aged children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech, language, and communication interventions to students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with district and state regulations
- Maintain accurate records of services, progress, and assessments
- Manage a reasonable caseload with ages tailored to your preference, discussed during your interview
- Participate in RTI and student support initiatives within the school community
