Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (M.S.) in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Speech Language Pathology license in Mississippi
• Background in pediatric, healthcare, schools, or teletherapy settings is advantageous
• Previous school-based experience is welcomed, but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary school staff
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes
