Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid California SLP licensure (Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) accepted)
  • Prior direct experience within a school setting required
  • Strong clinical knowledge in areas such as speech/language delays, disorders, and augmentative communication
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms is an asset
  • Will also consider strong Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic speech and language services to a PreK–elementary caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with faculty, families, and support staff
  • Maintain organized documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in meetings to support student progress and integrate recommendations into classroom and home environments
