Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in California
- CCC or CFY credentials welcomed; strong SLPA candidates may be considered
- Prior experience providing speech and language services within school settings required
- Background or interest in pediatrics and teletherapy is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to PreK and elementary-aged students
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by state and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Contribute expertise in both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed
- Engage actively in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and program development
