Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience or training in school-based settings preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and CCC-SLPs welcome
- Ability to work onsite across two elementary sites each week
- Background in serving mild and moderate student populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with mild to moderate needs
- Participate fully in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
- Work onsite; no supervision of SLPAs required
