Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Experience or training in school-based settings preferred
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and CCC-SLPs welcome
• Ability to work onsite across two elementary sites each week
• Background in serving mild and moderate student populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with mild to moderate needs
• Participate fully in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
• Work onsite; no supervision of SLPAs required
