This role focuses exclusively on onsite service, working closely with two elementary sites that serve students with mild to moderate needs. With a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week, you’ll provide essential interventions, collaborate with dedicated educators, and empower young learners to achieve communication milestones.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility (CFY or CCC considered)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Knowledgeable in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning for mild and moderate speech-language disorders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently—no SLPA support required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language services to students on-site at two elementary schools
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as part of a collaborative IEP team
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and other team members to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
