As a Speech-Language Pathologist serving students for the 2024-2025 school year, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting communication, language, and swallowing needs to help children thrive in both academic and social settings.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible state SLP license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly valued
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
• Skills in assessment, intervention, teletherapy, and pediatric care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative spirit

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans for students with varied needs, including direct one-on-one or group therapy and teletherapy services
• Track progress, adjust approaches as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and educational staff to support student goals and success
• Contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration to facilitate holistic, student-centered care
