What You’ll Do:

• Assess students and develop tailored treatment plans targeting speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing goals
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that foster communication and improve quality of life
• Track and document student progress, making data-driven updates to therapy approaches
• Guide and educate families and caregivers on supporting communication goals at home
• Collaborate with educators, healthcare teams, and families for a multidisciplinary approach

Desired Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or eligibility)
• Active or pending state SLP license; school-based experience is preferred, but not required
• Previous work with pediatric populations and/or school settings highly valued
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
