Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Holds a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly valued
  • Active or eligible for state SLP licensure (open to those with a pending license)
  • Previous experience in school settings and/or with pediatric populations preferred, but not required
  • Teletherapy and healthcare SLP experience welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • New graduates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate and support caregivers, empowering students to achieve measurable goals
