Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Crown Point, IN

What You'll Do:

• Perform thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Deliver effective therapies addressing communication, language, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic skills.
• Track progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication and swallowing goals outside of therapy.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and fellow healthcare providers to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

What We’re Seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly regarded.
• State license or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology.
• Clinical fellowship year (CFY) applicants welcome; previous school or pediatric experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable utilizing both in-person and teletherapy approaches.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
