Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is ideal, but not required
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and healthcare documentation is valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver effective, evidence-based therapy to enhance speech, language, and swallowing functions
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes
  • Educate families and caregivers on strategies for supporting communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and fellow healthcare professionals for holistic student care
