Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) | Champaign, IL

Soliant Education is partnering with a school district in Champaign, Illinois to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite opportunity is ideal for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) seeking valuable school-based experience while supporting elementary-aged students in reaching their communication goals.

Position Information

• Location: Champaign, IL

• School Year: 2026–2027

• Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week

• Setting: Onsite

• Caseload: Elementary School Students

• Employment Type: W-2

• Compensation: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and comprehensive assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply

• Ability to satisfy all state and district employment requirements

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
