Soliant Education is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join a school district in Peoria, Illinois for the 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to work with elementary-aged students and play a key role in supporting their communication, language, and academic development.

Position Overview
Location: Peoria, IL
Duration: 2026–2027 School Year
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Setting: Onsite
Student Population: Elementary School
Employment Type: W-2
Compensation: $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience
Essential Functions
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
Complete evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring activities
Design and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district standards
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Clinical Fellows (CFYs) welcome to apply
Ability to meet all state and district employment requirements
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
