Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) | Full-Time School-Based Position | Peoria, IL

Soliant Education is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join a school district in Peoria, Illinois for the 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to work with elementary-aged students and play a key role in supporting their communication, language, and academic development.

Position Overview

  • Location: Peoria, IL

  • Duration: 2026–2027 School Year

  • Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

  • Setting: Onsite

  • Student Population: Elementary School

  • Employment Type: W-2

  • Compensation: $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience

Essential Functions

  • Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs

  • Complete evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring activities

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success

  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal development

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district standards

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure

  • Clinical Fellows (CFYs) welcome to apply

  • Ability to meet all state and district employment requirements

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
