Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) Opportunity | Aurora, IL
Soliant Education is excited to partner with a school district in Aurora, Illinois to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite position offers the opportunity to serve an elementary school population while working in a collaborative environment focused on helping students strengthen their communication skills and reach their educational goals.

Position Details
Location: Aurora, IL
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours per Week
Work Setting: Onsite
Caseload: Elementary School Students
Employment Type: W-2
Pay Rate: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to determine eligibility and service needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
Ability to meet all school district hiring requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
