Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) Opportunity | Aurora, IL

Soliant Education is excited to partner with a school district in Aurora, Illinois to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite position offers the opportunity to serve an elementary school population while working in a collaborative environment focused on helping students strengthen their communication skills and reach their educational goals.

Whether you're a seasoned professional or completing your Clinical Fellowship, this role provides valuable experience and strong support throughout the school year.

Position Details

  • Location: Aurora, IL

  • School Year: 2026–2027

  • Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours per Week

  • Work Setting: Onsite

  • Caseload: Elementary School Students

  • Employment Type: W-2

  • Pay Rate: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs

  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to determine eligibility and service needs

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and related service providers

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning

  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure

  • Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply

  • Ability to meet all school district hiring requirements

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
