School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)

Setting: K-12 (50 students, 1 location)
Pay: $45-$53

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join a supportive school team for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Fellow to gain valuable school-based experience while receiving mentorship and supervision from experienced professionals. The SLP-CFY will support students with speech and language needs and collaborate with staff and families to help students succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments under the supervision of a licensed SLP-CCC.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
- Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.
- Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Receive ongoing mentorship and supervision to support completion of Clinical Fellowship requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligible for Colorado state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply.
- Previous school or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for working with students and supporting their communication development.
