Make a meaningful difference in education by supporting students’ communication and language needs as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 26-27 school year. This is a contract opportunity for two passionate SLPs eager to provide on-site services in an engaging, school-based environment.
We are seeking qualified professionals for two full-time positions:
- One role is focused on serving elementary-aged students.
- The second opportunity centers on early childhood, supporting children up to 5 years old.
Both positions are designed for dedicated SLPs who excel in collaborative, face-to-face educational settings. Virtual roles are not available, and this assignment is not open to SLPAs.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid or eligible state licensure for SLP; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs and those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Prior experience in school settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to plan and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in accordance with school guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure supportive learning environments.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions.
