Two rewarding full-time openings are available: one serving elementary-aged students, and another focused on early childhood (up to 5 years old). Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • CFY and CCC applicants are welcome; school-based SLP experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Reliable on-site presence is required, with a commitment to the full school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language screenings and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student growth and inclusion
  • Maintain detailed, timely documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
  • Engage families in the therapeutic process and provide clear progress updates
  • Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere that promotes student confidence and participation
