Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Elk Grove Village, Illinois

As a Clinical Fellow (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology, you will work alongside experienced professionals to build your clinical skills while assisting students in reaching their full potential. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and pending or active state licensure
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Passion for supporting youth from diverse backgrounds
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide therapy sessions to students, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain documentation and contribute to meetings regarding student progress
• Engage in ongoing professional development to further skill growth during the CFY period
