As a Clinical Fellow (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology, you will work alongside experienced professionals to build your clinical skills while assisting students in reaching their full potential. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and pending or active state licensure
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Passion for supporting youth from diverse backgrounds
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide therapy sessions to students, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain documentation and contribute to meetings regarding student progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development to further skill growth during the CFY period
