Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Elkhart, Indiana

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials required
• School-based experience preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment to maintaining student caseloads that foster quality care
• Flexibility to serve students across elementary, middle, and high school as staffing needs require
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
• Eagerness to contribute to an inclusive, supportive educational community

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted intervention and therapy sessions for students across K-12
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and document therapy notes
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other providers to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and interdisciplinary discussions
• Support a culture of positive communication and learning within the school community
