Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Escondido, CA

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid California state SLP license/certification (CFY or CCC considered)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

What you’ll do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to foster student success
• Document progress and maintain all required records in compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
• Provide direct therapy services and consultative support as assigned
