Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow | Fremont, California

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting Pre-K through 5th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the full 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week and welcomes candidates who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision provided. You’ll play a vital part in fostering communication and academic success for young learners in an engaging educational setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible for or holding state licensure as an SLP
• Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (supervision is available)
• Familiarity with providing therapy to diverse student populations, especially Pre-K to 5th grade
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Experience or comfort checking in with SLPAs and using VOCO systems is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support personnel to maximize student achievement
• Supervise and support SLPAs and coordinate activities involving VOCO as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment
• Maintain accurate records and uphold district and professional standards
