Key Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Valid ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Current state licensure or clear eligibility to obtain
  • Experience with school-aged populations, ideally with Pre-K to 5th grade
  • Comfortable supervising SLPA’s and supporting teletherapy (VOCO) services
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and collaborative approach

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy, both direct and consultative, for students in Pre-K through 5th grade
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with a focus on student progress
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPA’s as needed
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational and social success
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as assigned
  • Oversee VOCO/telehealth sessions and ensure effective service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
