What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility
  • Active or pending state SLP license
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous school-based experience appreciated, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions focusing on communication and swallowing skills
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Provide education to students, families, and caregivers on techniques to foster growth
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and school teams for holistic support
