What You’ll Do:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and swallowing needs to craft individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging therapy—onsite or via teletherapy—to help students achieve their communication goals
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, keeping clear and effective documentation
- Educate families, caregivers, and staff on ways to support growth in and out of sessions
- Work alongside school staff and healthcare professionals for a full-circle approach to student care
Ideal Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or pending state SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain
- Previous work with pediatrics or in school settings is a plus, but not required
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
