Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or pending state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is a plus
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Preferred experience with pediatric caseloads
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• School experience appreciated but not essential
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver effective therapy sessions that address communication and swallowing goals
• Track progress, adapt interventions, and maintain detailed case documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and caregivers to support each learner’s success
• Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality care and positive student outcomes
