What You’ll Do:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and swallowing needs to craft individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging therapy—onsite or via teletherapy—to help students achieve their communication goals
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, keeping clear and effective documentation
• Educate families, caregivers, and staff on ways to support growth in and out of sessions
• Work alongside school staff and healthcare professionals for a full-circle approach to student care

Ideal Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or pending state SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain
• Previous work with pediatrics or in school settings is a plus, but not required
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
