Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Active SLP-CCC or eligibility for CFY; open to SLPAs with school or healthcare experience
  • Expertise in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school or teletherapy environments
  • Comfortable working with a diverse adolescent population
  • Current state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to in-person service; remote/teletherapy not available for this assignment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring for middle and high school students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and interventions tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster student communication success
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state, federal, and school-based policies
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and the development of student-specific strategies
