Exciting full-time opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking to make a positive impact in a school setting near Grand Island, NE. Two on-site contract positions are open for the 2026-2027 school year. Both roles require dedicated professionals interested in working directly with students—remote or virtual work is not available, and these are not SLPA positions.

Available Positions:

  • Position 1: Full-time SLP serving elementary-aged students
  • Position 2: Full-time SLP focused on early childhood (up to 5 years old)

Qualifications:

  • Hold or be eligible for SLP licensure in Nebraska
  • Accepting Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates and SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to create engaging, evidence-based treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, screeners, and evaluations for students referred for speech and language services
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy to students, addressing communication, articulation, language, and social skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with school and professional standards
