Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow | Granger, Indiana

As a Contract Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY/SLPA), you’ll have the fulfilling opportunity to work full-time in a dynamic school environment, serving a diverse population from Kindergarten through 12th grade—or assisting wherever your expertise is most needed within the district.

In this role, your professional insight will help shape individualized therapy plans, support staff, and empower students with essential skills for their academic and social success. A strong awareness of balanced caseloads is central, ensuring you can provide high-quality services to every child while maintaining a sustainable workload.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Licensed or eligible as an SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 students
• Committed to best practices in communication, speech, and language therapy
• Skilled at adapting approaches to meet diverse student needs
• Organized and proactive in managing documentation and service delivery
• Collaborative spirit for working with educators, families, and support staff
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and assessments to students either one-on-one or in group settings
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitoring student progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal student outcomes
• Maintain detailed records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture

This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week), beginning ASAP and extending through the end of May 2027. While primarily serving K-12, you’ll be supported in finding the best fit for your skills across district needs.
