Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or pending state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA highly valued
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged
- Familiarity with school-based services and pediatric populations preferred
- Experience with teletherapy a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and swallowing needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and indirect therapeutic services on a guaranteed-hours basis
- Track progress, adjust interventions, and maintain clear documentation
- Provide education and support to students, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to foster student success
