In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities
- Track student progress, document outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments
- Counsel and educate families and caregivers with actionable strategies for student success
- Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, specialists, and medical teams to promote holistic care
Qualifications and experience we value:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA – preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatrics, schools, or healthcare settings
- Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Prior school-based experience a plus, but not mandatory
