In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities
• Track student progress, document outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments
• Counsel and educate families and caregivers with actionable strategies for student success
• Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, specialists, and medical teams to promote holistic care

Qualifications and experience we value:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA – preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatrics, schools, or healthcare settings
• Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Prior school-based experience a plus, but not mandatory
