Support elementary students' growth and communication development by providing essential speech-language services in a dynamic school setting. Work at two collaborative elementary campuses located just an hour south of St. Paul, MN, delivering assessment and intervention to students in need of speech and language support. This contract role welcomes Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced School SLPs seeking to make a difference.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Minnesota state licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience or interest in working within elementary school environments
  • Commitment to supporting students’ individual learning needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and interpret results
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Provide direct therapy to students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Monitor and document student progress, communicating regularly with teachers and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other school professionals to foster student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with all district and state requirements
