Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Hayward, California

Take your Speech-Language Pathology career to the next level supporting young learners for the 2025-2026 school year! A full-time contract position is available in a dynamic educational environment serving Pre-K through 5th grade students. As an integral part of the special education team, you'll collaborate with educators and specialists while making a meaningful difference in students' communication and learning journeys.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) year
• California state licensure (or eligibility)
• Passion for working with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication and team-collaboration skills
• Experience supervising or willingness to supervise SLPAs and participate in virtual care (VOCO) services
• Familiarity with educational setting documentation and IEP process is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students Pre-K through 5th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans as outlined in IEPs
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services on an individual and group basis
• Monitor student progress and maintain clear, ongoing documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families
• Provide supervisory support to SLPAs and engage in VOCO supervision as needed
• Remain flexible to additional responsibilities as discussed during the interview
