About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our school district team near Hazleton, PA. This position focuses on serving K-12 students with a wide range of speech and language needs, including those with autism spectrum disorders. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with diverse caseloads and gain valuable clinical experience under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, assessment, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of children with a variety of speech and autism-related needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions to support professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
  • Eligible for Pennsylvania Clinical Fellowship (CF) year.
  • Strong interest and experience working with K-12 students across diverse needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a school environment with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week.
  • School calendar schedule: August through May.
