Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CA SLP license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in California
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or working toward completion if CFY
- Previous experience working in school environments preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting a diverse student population
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students of varying ages
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students receiving speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document services as required
- Provide direct and consultative services, both individually and in group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team activities, and professional development opportunities
