Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid CA SLP license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in California
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or working toward completion if CFY
  • Previous experience working in school environments preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students of varying ages
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students receiving speech-language services
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and document services as required
  • Provide direct and consultative services, both individually and in group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team activities, and professional development opportunities
