You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat students across a spectrum of abilities, collaborating closely with educators and families. Whether you’re completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or bringing school-based SLP experience, your expertise will help students thrive academically and socially.

Desired Background & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure as an SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Experience in school settings, with familiarity in both mild/moderate and moderate/severe SDC populations
  • Skilled in evaluation, treatment planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
  • Comfortable working in specialized healthcare and inclusive classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and articulate clear treatment goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative services in classroom, clinic, or small group settings
  • Document progress, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Work closely with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
