Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Huntington Beach, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• California SLP license or eligibility (CFY or CCC considered)
• Experience or interest in school-based SLP services
• Familiarity with mild/moderate Special Day Class (SDC) and Communication Development Class (CDC) environments preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to supporting a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication services in SDC and CDC classrooms
• Evaluate students’ speech and language needs and document findings
• Develop and monitor individualized therapy plans based on student goals and IEP requirements
• Consult with teachers and parents, offering strategies and support for student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with educational standards
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
