Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current SLP licensure or eligibility in California (SLP-CFY, SLP-CCC)
• Background in pediatric communication disorders
• Experience providing therapy in school environments required
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms desirable
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based interventions and collaborative teamwork
• Energetic, compassionate, and organized approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services for PreK-elementary caseloads in a school setting
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Prepare timely documentation and individualized therapy plans
• Adapt therapy methods to in-person and teletherapy as needed
