Qualifications & Experience:
- Current or eligible California SLP licensure (CFY, CCC, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is required
- Skilled in pediatric speech and language therapy
- Teletherapy experience is valuable, but not required
- Open to strong SLPA candidates with relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work on interdisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to PreK and elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, resource specialists, and families to support student goals
- Complete required assessments and document progress accurately and promptly
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and participate in school-wide initiatives
- Adapt service delivery to both in-person and virtual modalities as needed
