Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Lake Elsinore, California

An immediate opening is available for a passionate and dedicated SLP to support students from PreK through elementary grades on a full-time contract basis. Your expertise will help young learners overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential in a supportive, collaborative, and resourceful school environment.

Applicants with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLP Healthcare, SLP-Pediatrics, SLP-Teletherapy, or SLP-School experience are encouraged to apply. Strong SLPA candidates with prior school-based experience will also be considered for this role.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state license (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience working with PreK-elementary aged students
• Prior school-based SLP experience is required
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Experience with teletherapy services considered a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication and speech disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and student records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and strategies
• Provide services in both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) settings as needed
