Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY welcome)
  • Prior experience in a school-based SLP role is required
  • Understanding of assessment and intervention strategies for pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and hybrid service delivery is a plus
  • SLPAs with solid experience in school settings will also be considered
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for PreK-elementary students with diverse communication needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Monitor student progress and document outcomes
  • Support IEP development and attend team meetings
  • Implement evidence-based practices, including teletherapy when necessary
