Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds or is eligible for CFY status or state licensure as an SLP
- Experience in school-based environments preferred, but not required
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other school professionals
- Passionate about creating inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services, both individually and in group settings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative goal development
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and support staff regarding student needs and progress
- Stay current on best practices and continuing education in the field
