Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Long Beach, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds or is eligible for CFY status or state licensure as an SLP
• Experience in school-based environments preferred, but not required
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other school professionals
• Passionate about creating inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services, both individually and in group settings
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative goal development
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and support staff regarding student needs and progress
• Stay current on best practices and continuing education in the field
