You’ll collaborate closely with educators, students, and families to deliver speech-language services that foster growth and communication.
Ideal candidates are credentialed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) or Clinical Fellows (CFY), passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. This role is well-suited to professionals eager to provide high-quality therapy within a school environment.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY certification
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Familiarity with Mild/Moderate SDC and CDC populations
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong organizational skills to manage time and caseload effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, provide direct therapy, and evaluate student progress
- Develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Partner with teachers, staff, and parents to address student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
- Support a diverse student population and adapt services to individual needs
