Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current pursuit of CCC-SLP
• Minnesota state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong foundation in assessment, intervention, and documentation for pediatric populations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostics, evaluations, and ongoing therapy for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records for student progress, IEP meetings, and compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, curriculum adaptations, and technology tools for therapy
• Offer consultative support to colleagues and parents to promote student achievement
• Participate in professional development and supervision as required for CFY completion
