As an experienced or aspiring Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you’ll help create positive learning experiences for children and support their communication needs in a collaborative educational environment. This is a full-time, contract position available immediately and extending through May 28, 2027, providing stability and the chance to build meaningful connections with both students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current credentials as SLP-CCC, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or SLPA
  • Experience or interest in working within school settings
  • Understanding of IEP development and managing school-based caseloads efficiently
  • Ability to adapt to caseloads across K-12 or as needs arise within the district
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and school personnel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs or intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and contribute to comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
  • Develop and implement engaging therapy activities tailored to individual student strengths and needs
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development sessions
