Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Mishawaka, IN

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across K-12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (CFY), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). This full-time role offers 40 hours per week in a dynamic educational setting, with an immediate start through May 28, 2027. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Eligible candidates include SLPs with CCCs, CFYs, or SLPAs
• Valid licensure or the ability to obtain applicable state credentials
• Experience in a school-based environment is preferred, but not required
• Strong awareness of best practices for maintaining manageable caseloads
• Flexibility to serve students in elementary, middle, or high school settings across the district
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade or as assigned within the district
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress toward goals
• Document services and maintain clear case notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with educational teams to support students’ learning and communication needs
• Provide consultation and resources to staff and families to foster an inclusive educational environment
