As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work onsite across two welcoming elementary campuses, using your expertise to empower children with mild and moderate communication challenges. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY accepted)
- Experience, knowledge, or strong interest in elementary school settings
- Ability to provide evidence-based therapy tailored to mild and moderate needs
- Highly organized and able to manage a 35-hour onsite workweek
- Excellent communication, assessment, and rapport-building skills
- Comfortable working without the support of an SLPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking for caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Consult with teachers and families to support educational goals
