Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (CFY or CCC), or SLPA
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and writing individualized treatment plans
- Comfortable working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong ability to engage adolescents and teens in meaningful, effective interventions
- Experience in healthcare settings or teletherapy is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to middle and high school students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student progress
- Adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
- Serve as a resource for school staff and engage in ongoing professional growth
