Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (CFY or CCC), or SLPA
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and writing individualized treatment plans
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong ability to engage adolescents and teens in meaningful, effective interventions
  • Experience in healthcare settings or teletherapy is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to middle and high school students
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student progress
  • Adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
  • Serve as a resource for school staff and engage in ongoing professional growth
