Based near Oakland, CA, with a welcoming school community in Piedmont, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding student growth and communication development. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
  • Current or eligible California SLP license and certification
  • Open to Clinical Fellow applicants eager to grow with supervision
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience or comfort working with students in Pre-K through 5th grade
  • Ability to supervise SLPAs and engage in teletherapy/VOCO as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students in grades Pre-K to 5
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as required
  • Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs and participate in virtual consultation (VOCO)
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive learning environment for all students
