Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Accepting Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates—supervision will be provided
  • Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged students, including Pre-K
  • Ability to collaborate with SLPAs and participate in virtual consultative (VOCO) check-ins
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in Pre-K–5th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Provide direct therapy, monitor student progress, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Engage in regular check-ins with SLPAs and participate in virtual consultative sessions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Remain current on evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
