Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Accepting Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates—supervision will be provided
- Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged students, including Pre-K
- Ability to collaborate with SLPAs and participate in virtual consultative (VOCO) check-ins
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in Pre-K–5th grade
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Provide direct therapy, monitor student progress, and maintain thorough documentation
- Engage in regular check-ins with SLPAs and participate in virtual consultative sessions as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Remain current on evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
