Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
- Current or eligible California SLP license and certification
- Open to Clinical Fellow applicants eager to grow with supervision
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience or comfort working with students in Pre-K through 5th grade
- Ability to supervise SLPAs and engage in teletherapy/VOCO as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students in grades Pre-K to 5
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as required
- Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs and participate in virtual consultation (VOCO)
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive learning environment for all students
