Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Oakland, California

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California SLP license, or eligibility to obtain before the start date
• Open to experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking supervision
• Commitment to supporting students’ communication needs in school environments
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to Pre-K through 5th grade students with diverse speech and language needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SLPA’s, and other educational staff
• Offer guidance and support for SLPA’s and VOCO activities
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, IEP records, and progress monitoring
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
