Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, supporting students from Pre-K through 5th grade. This full-time, contract position (37.5 hours per week) provides the chance to contribute to young learners' communication and educational growth in an engaging school environment near Piedmont, CA. Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year are encouraged to apply—supervision will be provided.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligibility for state licensure and appropriate certification
  • Open to Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates with required supervision
  • Experience working with pediatric populations or within school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Comfort with supervising SLPAs and/or facilitating VOCO services
  • Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to Pre-K through 5th grade students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ IEP goals
  • Perform assessments and document progress, collaborating on IEP teams
  • Support and check in with SLPAs and oversee VOCO services as needed
  • Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school staff
  • Participate in staff meetings and student support initiatives
  • Stay current on best practices in school-based speech-language services
