Step into an exciting opportunity for the 2025 – 2026 school year, providing specialized speech and language services to students from Pre-K through 5th grade. This full-time contract position spans 37.5 hours per week and welcomes both seasoned Speech Language Pathologists and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year, with supportive supervision available for emerging professionals.

You’ll have the chance to positively influence the lives of young learners while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This role also involves occasional oversight of SLPAs and delivering virtual or VOCO services as needed. Additional details about the caseload and school setting will be shared during the interview.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for or holding state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CFYs considered, supervision is provided
  • Experience in school-based settings, especially with Pre-K through 5th grade, is highly valued
  • Comfortable consulting with and providing direction to SLPAs
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and maintain documentation
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
  • Provide direct therapy to students individually and in groups
  • Supervise and check in with SLPAs as required
  • Engage in IEP meetings and related student planning
  • Deliver VOCO (virtual communication) services as applicable
