School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) | Syracuse, NY | Full-Time

Soliant Education is working with a school district in Syracuse, New York to fill a full-time onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role for the 2026–2027 school year. This position focuses on supporting elementary-aged students as they develop the communication skills needed for academic participation and success within a collaborative school environment.

Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

Job Details

• Location: Syracuse, NY

• Duration: 2026–2027 School Year

• Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

• Setting: Onsite

• Caseload: Elementary School Students

• Employment Type: W-2

• Pay Rate: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals

• Complete evaluations, screenings, and ongoing assessments

• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on student needs and progress

• Document services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school-based teams

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active New York SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure

• CFYs are welcome to apply

• Ability to meet all district and state clearance requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
