School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) | Syracuse, NY | Full-Time
Soliant Education is working with a school district in Syracuse, New York to fill a full-time onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role for the 2026–2027 school year. This position focuses on supporting elementary-aged students as they develop the communication skills needed for academic participation and success within a collaborative school environment.
Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
Job Details
Location: Syracuse, NY
Duration: 2026–2027 School Year
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Setting: Onsite
Caseload: Elementary School Students
Employment Type: W-2
Pay Rate: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
Provide individualized speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Complete evaluations, screenings, and ongoing assessments
Develop and adjust treatment plans based on student needs and progress
Document services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school-based teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
CFYs are welcome to apply
Ability to meet all district and state clearance requirements
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
