School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) | Full-Time | Scranton, PA

Soliant Education is currently hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Scranton, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the chance to work with an elementary school caseload in a supportive educational setting, making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic development.

Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate beginning your Clinical Fellowship, this role provides a collaborative environment designed to support professional growth and student success.

Position Details

  • Location: Scranton, PA

  • School Year: 2026–2027

  • Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week

  • Setting: Onsite

  • Caseload: Elementary School Students

  • Employment Type: W-2

  • Compensation: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs

  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

  • Track student progress and maintain compliant documentation

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure

  • Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply

  • Ability to meet all district and state requirements for school-based employment

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
