Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to join a supportive school district in Ocala, FL, for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity working with an elementary school caseload.

Position Details

• On-site contract assignment
• Full-time schedule
• Elementary Caseload 
• School-based setting
• Mentorship and supervision provided for Clinical Fellowship Year
• Travel candidates encouraged to apply also (tax-free stipends available to those who qualify)
• Competitive Pay: $40+ an hour, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program required
• Active Florida Provisional Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Must be eligible to complete supervise clinical fellowship in Florida
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and assessments preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
