Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active NM state (NMRLD) license at start; NMPED license (or pending status) required
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) and fully credentialed SLP-CCC are both welcome
- Pediatrics and/or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for empowering students through speech and language interventions
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families to support IEP development and student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with state and district requirements
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and ongoing caseload management
- Serve as a resource and advocate for student speech and language needs
