A public school district in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) for the upcoming school year. This is a strong opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship in a supportive, collaborative K–12 environment with structured supervision and mentorship.
Position Overview
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (35–40 hours/week)
- Onsite role serving PreK–12 students (assignment based on district needs)
- Supervision provided by a licensed SLP to support CF completion
- Full school-year contract with potential for renewal
Caseload Details
- Average caseload: 40–60 students (varies by site)
- Students with mild to moderate communication needs

Areas of service include:
- Articulation & phonological disorders
- Receptive/expressive language delays
- Social/pragmatic communication needs
- Fluency and voice disorders

Possible exposure to:
- Autism spectrum disorders
- AAC/assistive communication devices
- Early childhood and elementary populations

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy (individual and small group)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
Oklahoma State Requirements (SLP-CF)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Oklahoma SLP Licensure through the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship (CF) year
- Must obtain appropriate Oklahoma teaching certification or school credential depending on district requirements through the Oklahoma State Department of Education
- Passing the Praxis exam typically required for full certification/licensure
- Required background checks (state and federal fingerprinting clearance)
