Soliant Education is partnering with a school district in Baltimore, Maryland to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite opportunity is focused on supporting elementary students as they develop essential communication skills in a collaborative and student-centered educational environment.

This role is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are beginning their school-based careers and seeking strong mentorship and professional growth.

Position Overview

• Location: Baltimore, MD

• School Year: 2026–2027

• Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week

• Setting: Onsite

• Caseload: Elementary School Students

• Employment Type: W-2

• Hourly Rate: $45–$60, based on experience and qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to support eligibility and treatment planning

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans and IEP goals

• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational decision-making

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply

• Ability to meet all district and state employment requirements

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
