Now Hiring: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) | Baltimore, MD
Soliant Education is partnering with a school district in Baltimore, Maryland to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite opportunity is focused on supporting elementary students as they develop essential communication skills in a collaborative and student-centered educational environment.
This role is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are beginning their school-based careers and seeking strong mentorship and professional growth.
Position Overview
Location: Baltimore, MD
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
Setting: Onsite
Caseload: Elementary School Students
Employment Type: W-2
Hourly Rate: $45–$60, based on experience and qualifications
Job Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to support eligibility and treatment planning
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational decision-making
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
Ability to meet all district and state employment requirements
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
