School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time Opportunity | Soldotna, AK

Soliant Education is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Soldotna, Alaska for the 2026–2027 school year. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with an elementary school caseload and make a meaningful impact on students' communication development in a collaborative educational environment.

Position Information

• Location: Soldotna, AK

• School Year: 2026–2027

• Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week

• Setting: Onsite

• Caseload: Elementary School Students

• Employment Type: W-2

• Compensation: $50–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Alaska SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• Ability to meet all school district and state employment requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required

• Will consider Clinical Fellows
