Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Administer evidence-based interventions to support communication and swallowing improvement.
  • Track progress, adjusting plans as goals are reached, and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Guide and educate families, caregivers, and education teams on strategies to support communication at home and school.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare and educational professionals for comprehensive support.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Active or eligible state SLP licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA highly valued.
  • Previous experience in school settings or pediatrics preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to collaborative care.
