Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active or eligibility for state SLP licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates also welcome
  • School-based experience or interest in pediatric therapy highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student needs and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students, with guaranteed hours
  • Track progress, adjust intervention strategies, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Consult with families, caregivers, and educational team members on effective communication strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team
