What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address each student’s unique needs
• Deliver targeted interventions to promote optimal communication skills
• Track progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
• Educate students, families, and staff on practical strategies for continued success
• Collaborate with school teams and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach

Your Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or pending state SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Previous school-based experience welcomed, but not required
• Pediatric and/or teletherapy experience considered a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
