What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or pending state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Dedication to empowering students and involving families in the therapy process

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs, develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Conduct both direct and indirect therapy to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Track progress, make data-driven adjustments, and maintain thorough records
• Educate and support students, families, and caregivers on strategies for skill development
• Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
