You will serve two elementary schools, supporting students as they grow their speech, language, and communication skills in an engaging educational setting.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current or pending state SLP license and teaching certification
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Experience in school environments or pediatric settings is preferred
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services for elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and support staff and parents regarding communication disorders and classroom strategies
