Clinical Fellow SLP in Red Wing, MN

Contribute your expertise to help young learners thrive as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CFY) in a contract opportunity set just an hour south of St. Paul, MN. You will serve two elementary schools, supporting students as they grow their speech, language, and communication skills in an engaging educational setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Current or pending state SLP license and teaching certification
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Experience in school environments or pediatric settings is preferred
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services for elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and support staff and parents regarding communication disorders and classroom strategies
