Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Riverside, CA

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California—both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) candidates are welcome
• Experience in pediatric and school settings
• Previous experience providing speech therapy in schools required
• Knowledge of teletherapy best practices is beneficial
• Experience or comfort working with PreK to elementary caseloads
• Strong consideration given to outstanding SLPAs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse PreK-elementary caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain documentation in accordance with district and federal protocols
• Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and communication success
• Engage actively in meetings and consultations as needed
• Leverage teletherapy modalities where appropriate
