Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for the state of California (or eligibility)
  • Completion or near completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Prior experience working in school-based settings
  • Background in pediatric and/or healthcare speech-language pathology, including teletherapy
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a PreK through elementary caseload
  • Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with general and special education staff, as well as families
  • Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP processes
  • Employ creative, student-focused intervention strategies
